Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Cleanor for using Turbo Cleaner. Please read them — by downloading or using the App, you accept everything below.

01Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Turbo Cleaner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Cleanor ("we", "us").

02License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these terms. This license does not transfer ownership of the App to you.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

04Subscriptions & billing

The App is free to download and scan. Some features may require a one-time purchase or an auto-renewing subscription ("Pro"). The following apply to paid plans:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Any free-trial portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
  • Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its App Store refund policy.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone's rights;
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the App;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App;
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices.

06Your data & backups

You are responsible for your content. Turbo Cleaner deletes and modifies files at your direction. Deletions are permanent once cleared from iOS "Recently Deleted". Always keep a backup (such as iCloud Photos or a computer backup) before performing large cleanups. We are not responsible for any loss of photos, videos, or other data resulting from your use of the App.

The App acts only on the items you select or confirm. You decide what to keep and what to remove; the App provides tools, not judgments, about the value of your files.

07Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, logos, text, and the "Turbo Cleaner" and "Cleanor" names, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

08Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will recover a specific amount of storage. Storage figures shown are estimates based on on-device analysis and may differ from actual results.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleanor and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10Apple-specific terms

These terms are between you and Cleanor only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the extent applicable:

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
  • In the event the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal, or regulatory claims.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

11Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you breach these terms. You may end the agreement at any time by deleting the App. Upon termination, you must stop using the App; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be highlighted in the App. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction there, unless local law requires otherwise.
