Recover photos you deleted
Turbo Cleaner uses Apple's standard delete flow, so removed items go to your Recently Deleted album first — they're not gone yet. Open the Photos app → Albums → Recently Deleted, select what you want, and tap Recover.
Items stay in Recently Deleted for up to 30 days before iOS erases them. We recommend keeping an iCloud or computer backup before a large cleanup.
Manage, cancel, or restore Pro
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To change or cancel, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Turbo Cleaner. Cancelling stops future charges; Pro stays active until the period ends. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
New iPhone or reinstall? Sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases in the app's settings to unlock Pro again.
Let the app see your photos
Turbo Cleaner needs Photos access to scan and clean. If you chose "Don't Allow" or limited access, enable it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Turbo Cleaner → Full Access. Nothing is ever uploaded — the access stays on your device.
Secret Vault & forgotten PIN
The Secret Vault keeps private photos behind Face ID and a PIN. For your privacy that PIN lives only on your device — we can't see or reset it, and if Face ID won't unlock, the contents can't be recovered by design. Keep a backup of anything important before moving it into the vault.
